我是英语西班牙语双语专业的大二学生，已经写邮件问过学校，IESE那边推荐是三四年级可以去申请YTP。
请问有申请这个项目成功的前辈吗？或者是在IESE全日制MBA的前辈给一点备考经验可以吗？
我TOEFL和GMAT还都没有考

其实就是类似哈佛商学院的2+2项目，是MBA的提前录取。下面这篇文章是关于YTP的简介：

New "Young Talent Program" Initiative for University Students

BCG, BP, Cisco Systems, ENDESA, Mango, McKinsey & Co., Microsoft, Nestlé, Philips, and Santander participate in the program
February 10, 2009

IESE Business School (University of Navarra) has launched a new initiative that gives talented young university students a head start on their careers. The Young Talent Program (YTP) allows students to enjoy pre-admission to IESE's highly-ranked MBA program, along with a promising future with a leading firm.

IESE Dean Jordi Canals, presented the new iniative to the participating companies, potential partner companies, and members of the press at IESE's campus in Madrid today. Other attendees included senior members of the business community and representatives from leading universities.

Here is how the program works: After completing their basic university degrees, students apply for YTP and, if they are chosen for pre-admission to IESE, they are then presented to top companies for recruitment opportunities. If the candidate is offered a contract with a participating firm, they are officially admitted into the YTP Program.

Participants attend the valuable Next Steps Workshop at IESE, before spending the next two years working and building up their professional experience at their company. Following two years of successful performance at their firm, participants head to Barcelona for the IESE MBA. Upon graduation, they return to their firms to put their knowledge to work.

Some of the firms participating in the program include Boston Consulting Group, BP, Cisco Systems, EADS CASA, ENDESA, Johnson and Johnson, Mango, McKinsey & Co., Merck Sharp & Dohme, Microsoft, Nestlé, Philips, and Santander.

The YTP is aimed at junior and senior-year university students who demonstrate academic and personal excellence and who come from the world's leading universities.

IESE Business School is consistently ranked among the top business schools in the world. Its bilingual (Spanish/English) MBA program takes a general management focus and includes students from some 50 nationalities.

其实YTP竞争还是蛮激烈的，每年有大概30个人被录取，录取率不到20%。

其申请程序和正常的full-time MBA是一样的，需要G/T成绩、提交2封推荐信，和一套essay，essay题目是挺有难度的，如下：
1. Please describe your short-term professional goals and how do you plan to achieve them (pre-MBA). (200-word limit)

2. Describe one substantial accomplishment and one failure in a professional, academic or private endeavor (400-word limit)

3. Describe the most difficult situation (personal, academic or professional) that you have faced recently (200-word limit)

4. Describe a past experience that has shaped who you are today (200-word limit)

5. I consider myself a young talent suitable for the program because… (200-word limit)

呵呵，因为是学西语的，想去西班牙读商科，美国不是第一选择，但不想全押在IESE上，所以多看看。其他顶级商学院没有类似课程吗？

不要求。只要求英语。我觉得有个西语证明更有优势。
