答案选了E，我选了C？

only的位置不能随意改变 E省略了book the first and the second 平行对称
C only位置变化变成修饰publish 而原句是修饰the second book 改变了句意

one 指代是指不同的书, 但这里明显是同一本书. 所以 C, D out
A, B 没有平行, 所以D
