all children who have a reading problem的意思是所有的有一个阅读问题的孩子

children with reading problems的意思是有阅读问题的孩子

你看那个更符合句子的逻辑意思呢？？

我覺得A跟D最大的差別在於A的時態不對，have應該改成had
