为什么C错误，大家帮忙指教一下这道题吧，是不是关于名词的所有格以及that的指代问题？

that逻辑上应指代前面的eyes，但语法上则行不通，因此that在这个句子中没有指代对象，因此排除。

同意。要么把C改成from those of a mammal,要么就用B中的所有格形式from a mammal's

--指代的还是复数名词eyes.
