D选想错在哪里？为什么不能说have received training?

have received,时态好像有问题,这里没有明显的提示说要完成式.我认为这里只是一般规律的表示,一般现在式就可以了表达了.have和receive在意思上还是有点区别的,have式具有什么,recieve式接受什么.
