语法笔记里有提到A选项when placed在这里修饰的是documented examples of neurogenesis。这一点我无法理解。这里难道不是修饰mice的么？

mice前面是that，明显是个限制性定语从句，placed的东西一定是mice。若按笔记解释来讲，就是examples被放置在刺激环境中，逻辑上很难理解。

所以我支持你的意见。我觉得能自己想通的就不需要跟着笔记走，实在想不通的再以笔记为准

修饰成分的逻辑主语可以理解为与主句主语一致  所以D的最主要错误还是when placed的修饰对象有歧义  所以D就算改成canaries也错 反而显得很啰嗦
