在C,D中徘徊，还是选择了错误答案C。看了解释之后还是不太明白：

1，答案说C的错误在于省略后意思就变成了 sloths use their long rubbery limbs to ... sleep，为什么sleep和move是承接to hang省略的呢？为什么它们就不能是承use省的呢？2，为什么D用sleeping和moving来伴随修饰hang呢？我觉得即使要用伴随状语，也应该是the cloth sleep 15 hous a day, hanging from trees by its long rubbery limbs啊？像D那样表述我觉得句子中心错了呀。

这题D的表述没有问题。sleeping 15 hours a day and moving so infrequently    都是用来修饰the sloth的。

判断C/D的关键就是sloths还是 the sloth。

现在这一题为什么C错D对已经完全明白了，但是此处还有一个语法点是我一直都搞得不太清楚的：答案说C的省略补全后为： sloths use their long rubbery limbs to ... sleep，言下之意即sleep和move是和to hang并列的。为什么sleep和move不能是和use并列呢？像这种省略的起始位置到底应该以什么标准判断呢？

从语法角度来说当然可以和use并列，因此这也可以算是一个小小的歧义。判断并列的标准第一：并列要遵从语法的格式，第二：要符合逻辑关系－－也就是原句的意思。这题判断的关键还是主语的单复数。

从语法角度，没有错。是可以并列的。

但是从逻辑角度，就有问题了。逻辑的问题只有自己体会才想得通。

这里题目是说sloth用它的limbs,然后hang from tree,目的sleep！如果选C就改变了原文的意思，直接就说sloth睡觉，而没有强调用它的limb然后什么hang from！

不知说明白没有！
