答案是Ｃ，Ａ哪里错了呢？

看到现在感觉在有些题里面ets就是考对effectiveness的理解，这题如果没有更好的选项，a应该是正确的，因为它没有correctiveness的错误

但是the exhaustion of its oil reserves跟 oil reserves are exhausted比起来明显是wordy

我查语法书里，with的独立主格还有做定语的用法

【作定语】 主要是用作后置定语。

      例９ The girl reached a river bank with so many flowers on both banks.

      这个女孩来到了两岸开满鲜花的河边。

这样也可以理解with 是修饰intention的啊，还是说因为前面有个逗号，所以比较倾向与修饰句子？

好像就算理解with是修饰整个句子的，也没有什么问题，从石油利润里存出一笔钱，预防以后石油耗尽时balala~~

A 为什么错，我的理解是

with+ intension+ to sustain....

独立主格中不能加不定式

with ＋受词＋受词补语”构成的复合结构，在句中可作形容词，表示伴随。

这一结构中的受词补足语可由现在分词、过去分词、形容词、副词或介系词词组等来充当
