个人觉得D的问题有很多：

1。because of后面只能接名词性结构，being poached 不能看成是名词结构吧；而且

poached用被动意义上感觉也不妥（这里强调的是poach这个动作本身带来的结果，而

不是强调被poached这个行为）；

2。thus是adv,不能代替conj连接句子；

3。making没有使动者，谁在make?

C也不对。WHICH 不能指代前面的全部

C 不仅run-on，而且意思混乱，应该第一个被干掉的阿；because of也有正确的

时候，不是优先度很高的判断标准。个人意见，继续讨论

(B) (D) "making them..." 修飾對象不清。
一般出現Ving 修飾對象通常是作為前置N.之 modifier 或是前面整句話的動作（如

OG11 Q43, OG11 Q71），但此處顯然無法如此解釋。排除。
(D) 之比較表達(many more times...)有誤

(C) which 應指代名詞（而緊鄰於前者並非N.，已經是錯誤選項的徵兆了），則根據

就近指代原則，其修飾對象為 researchers，邏輯不通。何況(C)的比較表達有誤

(more ... compared to)

如此則剩下選項(A)(E)，考慮其表達倍數方式均可，此兩者主要差別在引導"原因"之

介詞片語之位置不同。由句意邏輯判斷，此原因是修飾"there are fewer than ..."

而不是修飾 "researchers have determined taat..."，故排除(A)而選(E)。

 poaching在这里是名词，和后面的cultivation并列。
A的话肯定是不对的，due to paching and cultivation, leopards减少了，而不是due to poaching and

cultivation,researchers 才决定leopards少了，因此A这样的结构翻译下来的意思是因为捕猎和耕种，研究者发现

blablabla。。。。
