2月23 IU Kelley面经
上午10:25, 希尔顿二楼沙发，一共25分钟。
算算已经是第三次见到亲切的James了，依然很nice. 运气比较好James问的基本都是传统的问题。
1) Why MBA?
2) Why Kelley?
3) Tell me about your job in xxx
4) Greatest achievement in career
5) How does your colleague say about you?
6) What kind of team do you like to work with?
7) What do you do in spare time?
8) Anything that you would like to know about Kelley?
注意事项
a）一定要控制语速。我一开始有点紧张，后面又太兴奋，结果越说越快，旁人就看到James面对着一把大喷壶，不停的记啊记。面完才意识到James似乎从来没有打断过我，感激中。不过不排除我就没给过他打断的机会。
b）要提前点到。通常我们的思维是面试的点可能会比计划晚些。但实际是约的时间10:30，10:20James就下来了，10:25分正式开始。他说自己习惯严格控制时间，这样计划不会被搞得面目全非。顺便恭维了下James, 呵呵。
c）好像James一直拿着俺的简历。建议把简历中可能问到的地方先mock一下，James就提了一个问题见3)

终于面试完了。Brad很nice.网络电话中断了3次。问题很普通，Why MBA, why Kelley, Team experiences, challenge in your team work...海侃了一通。确实如前辈所说，Why Kelley 这个问题很重要，大家要把Homework做好。

2， 面试完了，半个小时很快啊。这个gg（或者是dd)挺好的，介绍自己就花了好几分钟。
问题有：
介绍自己？
Why MBA?
没有why kelley(好奇怪，准备最充分的问题竟然没法发挥）。
long term goal & short term goal?
traits of a good leader?
Leadership challenge experience？
还有就是与个人经历有关的问题
感觉问的比较少，看以往的面经有8，9个问题。
自己问了两个问题。他第一个问题回答了很长时间，回答完第一个问题已经半小时了，然后看了看墙上的钟，问我还有没有问题？我看了看墙上的钟，回答，有。 有点晕了。

我今天去面了一下，On campus的，说不上面试的好不好。把面经发上来攒个rp吧。
自己准备过的问题严格说只用上一个，就是why kelley
上来就让我介绍自己，问我现在干什么。结果我现在做什么还没说完，就问我为什么做这个，是个什么样的组织
然后就问我why kelley了
在下来就是leadership style
针对我简历中的东西问了一些问题，就是工作上的challenge之类的
还有就是，如果要你组织一个team，作为team leader，你选什么样的人，为什么。作为team member，你能为team做什么。
面试时间控制的还比较严格。我也问了几个问题，得到的一个坏消息就是，今年kelley打断把international students的比例控制在35%，也就是说比往年要减少了一些。

今天状态也不好，脸有点发僵，出门时居然还把老爷爷的名片弄丢了。。。。。

Kelley的面试非常常规。Why MBA? eadership / teamwork？Career goal? Weakness and strength? Kelley 的面试官非常在意 "Why Kelley?" 一定要花更多的时间来准备。不要光说Kelley ranking 高之类，this does not make great sense。Talk to more current Kelley Students and alumni will help you get a better understanding of the school.
Btw, a brief of my background: 1st year/3 yr HR experience before MBA/G,T not high/major in Management and Marketing in Kelley

面经：星期一早九点，北京Hilton，面试官James
早到了二十分钟，八点五十的时候看到一个带着眼睛的高大老外手拿一本很明显的Indiana University的红色文件夹出现在前台。过去打招呼，寒暄。
切入正题：
1. Why MBA?
2. Why Kelley
3. Contribute to MBA（哥们这个问题发挥多了，准备了三点，前两点说的太多，最后一点没来得及说）
4. What will your collegues describe you?
5. Your leadership style?
6. What is the good thing about working in a team?
7. Your hobby?（J说IU的football不是很好，basketball还可以）
8. Any other things admissions committe should know?
9. What's your questions about kelley?
面试完正好30分钟。另外，J拿着印好了的纸，一边听一边写。偷看了几眼，上面是面试题目，格式化的，由此可见不会有什么很出格的问题（除非他心情不好）。J是一个很和蔼的人，我觉得很像和一般的老外聊天，所以没有必要紧张。最后J表示很高兴听我讲了精彩的故事，如果我有什么问题请及时和他联系。告别，走人。
整体感觉好好吧，发挥了85%。下面就看运气了。祝各位好运。

Timothy Smith面的，人非常nice。有2个感觉没有回答太好，他也觉得不算太满意的也礼貌性地说good。
