For convenience, it is common to speak of plants as "herbs,"shrubs"and "trees", but it is really no sharp distictions among them.我认为第2个是错的。答案是第3个。of 前不是应该名词吗？有谁会的帮一忙．

speak of 是固定用法，是个动词词组，意思是谈及，说到。D是错误的，应改为there is
