I  picked "D" on first shot. i insighted following reasons for

elimination.

A. as much as that which is being emitted annually by all - Wrong due to

great "Being"

B. as much annually as is emitted by the - HEre "The" is wrong as it

talks about all Motors, not any particular.

C. as much compared to what is annually emitted by all- WHere is "as"

D. that emitted annually by all - Correct.
