其实这个题目并不难写，你把自己的几个strengths挑两到三个，逐个分析清楚：how does each of them help others or organiztions perform better. 然后挑一个weakness，（不要是致命的，与自己的长处相矛盾的），简要说几句，然后说一下自己的improvement. 这样，这篇文章就写完了。不用想什么特别新奇的结构了。
I believe my personal motivation, my ambition for success, has very much taken me to where I am now. I realize that when I began to work in the real world I had little, if any, experience in business or sales. Instead, I was hired for my strong academic background and commitment to work. I believe the fact that I have risen so quickly to the level of Sales Manager at one of the world's major medicare equipments companies had much to do with raw ambition and a strong willingness to learn whatever was necessary to excel at my job. In retrospect, it was my ambition to show the senior administration my capability of contributing more significantly to my company than other colleagues that made me put in overtime into my job. As a result, I have been encouraged in my work and given opportunities to learn skills necessary to solve problems under pressuring situations. As far as managerial potential is concerned, I have, through my participation in extracurricular activities, my work at XXX and my family-owned business, learned to be a more trustworthy leader, able to work well with others and delegate authority and to choose the most efficient way to achieve a goal.
A number of characteristics of my personality have enabled me to work well with people. By being thoughtful and self-critical, I have developed strong sense of integrity and loyalty that enables me to quickly gain the respect fundamental to both personal and professional relationships. I believe my undergraduate education in Political Science and my work helped me develop strong common sense for problem solving.
One characteristic of my personality, which has enabled me to assume leadership positions in highly competitive environments, is my maturity. Although my maturity is, on the other hand, a product of my experience, it is also a product of a conscious attitude of thoughtfulness and self-reflection. Similarly, my understanding of the extent and nature of my abilities helps me set realistic goals while my confidence in these abilities helps me achieve these goals.
However, my dedication to self-evaluation can sometimes result in my being overly self-critical. I also tend to be insufficiently critical of other's' work. These two characteristics sometimes result in my devoting too much time and effort to a particular project. I also find that I will at time overextend myself, obligating myself to do more than I can carry out comfortably.
