听力（顺序有点乱）

1.一学生去找活干，说从著名的东北大学转学过来的，staff问为什么（此处有题），因为他喜欢international study,新学校有比较好的program。还讲他家里host international student，问他为什么提这个。我选的是说明他为什么对intl study 感兴趣。教授说职位都已经满了，你下学期再来吧，然后又说if you really want,问态度啥意思。反正很简单。

2.biology 讲wooden frog freeze的问题。先闲扯说spring来了，问提这个啥意思。开头要注意听这里。然后讲frog怎么freeze过冬的。皮肤，水分，心跳怎么样，题目问：最先开始哪个。中间学生打岔：象car freezer 一样？老师说：you tell me that.. 讲了一通，问老师这话啥意思。

3. sun spot，先扯到中国古代的观点。然后讲伽利略，然后近代的人观察结果，有2个人，分别观察了10，40年，前一个提出spot 周期是10年，后一个说11年。现在astronomy 什么发现。有题问，教授提到这2个人观察年份很长，什么意思？

4.学生找老师，先是问对他的paper什么意见。然后2人聊到market dept 搞的一个 TV research。老师劝学生参加。唯一剩的一个time slot ，学生没法take。他要上课，还要打工。老师说哦，那个饭店的老板我认识（问啥意思），人很好，可能会让你换班的。学生说我还在training阶段。老师还是鼓励他跟店老板讲。

口语

1.in 10 years one thing you think will make your life different. 本来听旁边的人在谈什么culture,就准备这个了。一看这个，傻眼了。荒不择路，胡乱说的。

2. it is important to learn about other cultures. agree or disagree.

3. 合唱团决定增加off-campus的演出。男士同意1，如果大家知道go against other choir group,会唱的更好，rehears的更勤快。2。吸引别人来看，觉得好的，人家就可能参加他们团。

4.动物的relict behavior. condition变了，但是以前的习惯还保留。例子，prohourn 跑的快，因为N年前他的天敌lion跑的快。后来狮子extinct了，prohoung还是跑的快。

5.man got the paper done but forgot to bring it to class. solution1. drive back，但要miss class。2.talk to the Prof. after class,能否email交。

6.market strategy 中的 target customer, 2个特征，1看age，2看location。例子：如果推销toy，就应该在孩子看电视的时候播广告。另一个，如果推销boat，就该选择靠近ocean lake的地区。

作文

1.organic produce

reading 3个理由1。还是有pesticide 2。greater risk of exposure to bacteria 3.expensive

lecture 反驳1。natural pesticide is easy to break down, even before the produce arrive the store, less harmful than normal pesticide

                   2.有 strict guideline 和step，不太可能产生 contamination problem.

                   3.expensive but worth it. 研究表明organic的东西，有更多的vitamins和nutrition。
