A中的had become 不对把， become 是没有完成式的亚。

这个题目应该哪一个？？？D也不是很对， injure 应该被动。

I would choose A. I can not see anything wrong with the past perfect tense used in the dependent clause and the correct parallel should be joined ..., was injured ..., and was discharged ..., which reflects the right order of the actions.

还是不是很明白A中为什么要用was injured而不是injured,还有后面为什么用过去完成时而不是直接用过去时呢？谢谢
