常考的一般现在时的三种用法：

1. 表示客观事实：Aristotle said that the Earth rotates the Sun. 2. 政府的决策行为：French government decided that Paris needs.... 3. 科研成果，统计资料。

除了第一条地球人都知道外，其余两条是新东方客堂听来的，无从考证。（若有NN来这里，请详加说明，谢谢！）

我的感觉：决定的事情，是发生在做决定这个时间之后，所以decide是过去时，that后用现在时是可以的，又如：

She has decided that she will be a doctor.前面是现在完成时，后面就用了将来时。

不对啊，那答案C不就能选了吗

个人感觉need用现在时是因为是现在就需要。但用OG里的话，rencently completed 应该用现在完成时啊，为什么不选A呢？
