可是E为什么不对

Gourmet cooks, fast-food cooks, and cooks who are health food enthusiasts 不就是good cooks吗？文中最后一句又说not all good cooks are big eaters

那么E也是与文中意思相反的阿~~

我觉得有上说的有问题：

"Gourmet cooks, fast-food cooks, and cooks who are health food enthusiasts 并不等于全部的good cooks"

Other good cooks are health food enthusiasts 这个是不是表示前三者已经是所有的good cooks了呢？

But even though not all good cooks are big eaters 那这里应该就是指所有的good cooks了。

我觉得E的错误在于没有good，变成了泛指的cooks，造成了讨论对象和原文不一致。

这道题目，我也觉得D对，但是其他选项，也不是很对啊。
