当然可以，只要意思准确就可以。

B,D 错，因为误用了seemingly

C错，因为have 的主语变成了people

E 错，they 指人错

请教一下为什么C错了，还有ADVANTAGE究竟相对应哪一个部分

请教一下, 这里不明白: have和seem to be resistant to 的主语难道不应该都是people吗?
