我觉得prove not only inexpensive but reliable indicators.. 是指 证明了某物（这个某物是incidators）而prove to be both inexpensive and reliable indicators ...是指the procedures 证明了自己（procedures）是indicators.我想prove sth. 和 prove to be sth.这两个逻辑意思是不同的。多多讨论。
