答案是A.我选B.好奇怪 啊到底是什么啊

我也不太懂。。。
不过我觉得B应该改成each blame the other
因为主语是the contractor and the engineer

怎么会是each blame the other呢.不管它前面是什么.这里的谓语动词都应该随each而定.

each无明确指代对象，both避免啦歧义！
