因为逗号导致不是定语修饰没问题；我的问题是到底这种....ing, ing...分词并列形式是不是绝对错误呢？我记得GWD中似乎有个争议题是...ed分词，ing分词的。

另外一个问题是，对于分词伴随，我总是觉得其逻辑主语应该是主句主语，和主句的谓语动词应该是对称的关系；可是这个句子应该是‘828,000 square miles’ double the size吧；那么就怎么都没有答案了
