两句意思不一样 a)do not represent a new principle;it 没有陈述一个新原理，这个新原理过去曾经在。。。用过 逻辑混乱，既然是新原理怎么回用过 b)represent not a new principle, but one that 陈述了不是一个新原理，而是一个旧原理
