从语法角度来说,B绝对优于D，但是我的问题在于，逻辑关系上B成立吗？没有改变

句意吗？

这道题的选项应该是B.从语法上看,用and连接两个to do 的不定式短语,保证句子语法上的连贯性; 从逻辑关系上来看, 用"as a result"短语表明"to make sense of speech"是前面动作的逻辑结果--导致他们不能言语清晰.
