我选了D，我觉得lessen the requirement搭配要比shorten the requirement好，尽管seven-day minimum没有a minimum of seven days好。

我觉得从句子结构上也可以分的出来
比较的对象应该是days: 7 days and 14 (days)
d 中 是 14 days and minimum.
