幾點看法，請大家指教:

一、美式英語中，help 直接接原形動詞，英式英語中，則是help + to +原形動詞

二、speculation 在這句指的是"投機買賣"，不是"猜測"

三、E 當中的they是指主語 decision and speculation，指涉明確。

我觉得应该选E啊，may be没有possibly好啊，而且C中both后面是名词加不定式，and后是名词加从句，没有E对称。不知道我的看法对不对？
