原则上来讲好像是这样子吧！但最主要是不引起歧义，本句用belived to be的话，它在逻辑上修饰the QUET，但是从它的位置上来看，它修饰wingspan，用it is believed...与前面并列，消除了这种歧义，直接修饰the QUET，当然从时态的角度讲，it is believed...表达更准确
