1。A中确实有to吗？如果有的话，A肯定是错的
但如果没有的话，我会选A，我觉得The conlusion that..这样的表达方式是比较符合习惯的

你看过OG的解释吗？
OG说B在with介词短语中包含了although从句,这是不对的，这样的从句只能出现在整句句子（从句）的谓语部分

比较而言，A中没有明确指出谁会marry Anne，所以说不是最好的

2的OG 解释没懂，现在好象有点懂了，但ZYH79GG对2的解释还是不懂，后者表示本身不固定吗？

zhy79的意思是说，with stationary crests and troughs 本身就是很稳定的
而另一个是别的比如题目中前面部分的原因造成他的稳定，所以在这个题目里面用这个比较好
