Rutgers MBA面试 [2014-3-10]

面试官，Ronald Kwan, 大概是香港人或者台湾人吧，招生的associate director。面试总共40分钟。很多问题。
why mba at this point,
why rutgers,
what is your short-tern and long-tern goal,
how to face conflicts,
how to deal with difficult people,
how your college teachers and classmates discribe you,
how your friends discrebe you,
what will you do under pressure,
what is your weakness,
how do you define success,
what are qulities of successful man, what of the qulities you listed do you possess,
what is your most frastrating part at work,
who is your role model,
what makes you the good candidate and why rutgers should accept you,
which universities did you apply besides Rutgers

我回问了global study的问题，还提到了international students就业的问题，他说了一大堆，大意就是有志者事竟成！！！

总的来说通过面试对Rutgers的好感度大幅上升，虽然Topway上很少有人讨论，但从面试前仔细查看学校情况，到和面试官的聊天，感觉这学校MBA项目氛围很好，就业率也不错，位置也相当不错，到纽约半小时。综排商排都六十多。对普通71族来说还是比较好的选择！

对了，他说了下周肯定给结果！话说 UConn一个月前面的，说好的两三周给结果呢
