是在网上填表并上传，还是要邮寄推荐信hard copy啊？？

给你个参考，我的推荐信的模版上有这么一段话：
Please return this form to the applicant in a sealed envelope. If

you prefer, you can scan and email, fax or post this form directly

to the Postgraduate Admissions Team.

我建议你直接写信去问，申请过程中要习惯主动去问。

写信给学校问问，再有，你找你申请这几个学校推荐信的模版，上边应该能有提示。
