from my point of view,UCF is the best
FSU is more specific on recreation and leisure, and so far as i know, they shut down

the graduate program this year.
FIU is not bad, rich school, and location is perfect, for hospitality, your final

goal is doing as much practice as you can, but not staying in a lab or classroom

if you want to know the whether a program is good or not, just check the faculty

name list, see the number of professors, and their background.

A1 but UCF is as complex as temple, you have to do some evaluation called "WES"? it

will cost you about 2K RMB and have to wait about a month.
