答案是C 。 我选择B ！选择C 不是多了一个主语吗？FOR 后面是一个名词从句，如果在加上IT 的话不就多了一个主语啊！要么也应该是makes up　才对啊！不明白啊！请教

按说MAKE UP FOR才有"弥补"的意思.这样的话介词词组做宾语而被前置的情况是有的, 句子还原就是: it makes up for what it lacks in speed and size in strength and endurance. 但是, 从句子的的意思来看,后面的部分应该是做全句的原因壮语从句, 那么FOR应该表示"因为"的连词了. 如果硬要说for是给make up for用的话.第二个逗号前有两个独立句子,也是语法错误的.
