请教几个语法。。和朋友讨论的意见不统一。。

COMPLETE是可以用作不及物动词的，比如，the project took one year to complete。我觉得，IT不好的原因是它又重新指代主语，凭我的感受尽量不选带代词的选项，尤其是前面有符合数的名词。。

they do中的DO，如果是指HAVE TO怎么办>那意思就不通了。。

我觉得这里还是有歧义的，另外，THEY，前面还有一个复数名词forecasts，我虽然不想牵强，但总觉得有代词在这里不好。。。我还是觉得这里可以省略。。。

我其实也是在B，D中选的时候，选了D。

从意思上说，B是说， personal spending是1.4 percent growth rate的两倍或者说，从B里面，看不出是什么是增长率的两倍。。

而D是说，THAT指代主语，RETAIL SALES，因为是比较嘛，那就是说，八月销售增长了这么多，是以前季度销售的两倍，DOUBLING作伴随状语。。
