是说who也要像which一样紧跟修饰对象？那么will be有没有错？难道believe that后面

一定要跟原形？

另外，view的用法？view st as或者view st to be都是正确的吗？

view的用法：view sth as，view sth with或view from

She doesn't view herself as a success.

who要紧跟修饰对象

believe that后面并不是要跟动词原形，注意："are" 不是原形动词

now viewing the economy 和who now view the economy 他们所修饰的先行词是不是一

样的呢？

我感觉who now view the economy 修饰的是policy makers

而now viewing the economy 修饰的是financial experts

D的问题，我觉得可以从那个逗号看出来，如果是紧跟的话， 就更清楚是在讲makers ,

即是原文意思，但是一个逗号，就有了修饰前面experts的歧义

that of moderate growth and low inflation 也错了， 好歹也该是between that of growth and that of low inflation吧， let alone 这里也不需要
