看了之前的一些讨论，大多数赞成each specifically targeted...做独立主格的解释，但我一直没想通的是，为啥不可以是非限制性定语从句呢？，each of (which is)targeted...觉得蛮好的丫

另外还有一个疑问，关于specifically的位置应该放在哪里比较好？

specifically修飾動作target，所以放在target前後都可以，只要緊連著target就行，

另外你講的非限定子句部分，就本例而言應可解釋成你的講法,請參閱prep破解版中有一題
